It was a bad night.. worse than most. It was so hot I couldnt sleep. I tried everything. I turned off the tv and the lights, and all I could do was lie there and think about things, and sweat. I tried reading myself to sleep but it didnt work. Still up at 6 am so I tried getting up, but it wasnt half an hour until I had to lie down, and even then I didnt actually go to sleep for another half-hour.
I dont know if its really that hot in here, or if its just me. I was still sweating when I went downstairs, and I know its cooler there. Even after so much sleep I still feel run down and depressed.
